Behind a bar, a THC beverage behaves nothing like the rest of the list. Onset runs fifteen to forty five minutes, so a guest who says they feel nothing is the most common way a night goes wrong. Eight modules cover pace, refusal, and what you write down afterwards.

Curriculum

Eight modules, each one gated.

A module has to be passed before the next one opens, so nobody arrives at the assessment having skipped the law.

Course contents About 150 minutes
01 Category Context for On-Premise Service Why guests are ordering it, how a THC beverage sits alongside the other adult beverages already on your menu, and what it changes about a service round.
02 Legal Foundation for Servers and Bartenders What the law asks of the person pouring, how state rules differ, and why your licence and your venue sit behind every pour.
03 Dosing, Onset and Service Pace Onset of roughly fifteen to forty five minutes, peak at one to three hours, and why the second drink is the one that causes the problem. Pacing a table that cannot feel it yet.
04 THC Plus Alcohol, the Cross-Fade Reality What happens when a guest mixes the two, why the combination is harder to read than either alone, and the caution that also covers prescription and over the counter medication.
05 Age Verification and ID Checking The five second ID check, valid against invalid identification, and the rail situations where checks get skipped.
06 Recognizing Impairment and Refusal of Service Reading a guest, the intervention pyramid, how to refuse without losing the room, and what you do after the refusal.
07 Dram Shop, Liability and Incident Documentation Where liability lands, what a defensible incident report contains, and what a useless one looks like.
08 Putting It All Together on Shift The pre-shift check, team communication, and the handful of decisions that carry a whole service.
Final Assessment Forty six scored questions across eight knowledge checks, one after every module. Seventy five percent passes, and every answer explains why.
