Who you are buying from
Learn Brands LLC, 621 Kalamath St Suite 30, Denver, CO 80204. Hemp Bev Certified is a Learn Brands program, and the Learn Brands terms and conditions govern your purchase. What follows is the part specific to these courses. Where the two disagree, the Learn Brands terms win.
What you are buying
A seat on one of three certifications: HBC-S, HBC-R or HBC-OP. One payment, one person, one certificate. Eight modules, each gated behind a scored knowledge check at seventy five percent, and a final assessment at the same mark.
What the credential is not
This is a professional credential. It is not a licence to sell or handle any regulated cannabis product, and it is not a licence to serve alcohol. It does not replace any state or federal requirement, any responsible vendor training your jurisdiction mandates, or any employer certification. Nothing in the course is medical, legal or regulatory advice.
Certification term
The credential is valid for two years from the date you pass. This category's rules move, and a credential that never expired would stop meaning anything.
Price and payment
Fifty seven dollars per seat, one time, in US dollars, for HBC-S and HBC-R. Bulk pricing runs from two seats upward and the per seat discount applies automatically at checkout. There is no subscription and no renewal fee. Checkout and payment happen in the Learn Brands LMS.
HBC-OP is not on sale yet. When it is, its price will be stated here before it is stated anywhere else.
Refunds
No portion of any fee is refundable. These are Learn Brands courses and the Learn Brands terms and conditions apply to them in full.
Some compliance courses sold through Learn Brands come from third party providers and carry that provider's own refund window. These are not among them, and no such window applies here.
The course content
The modules, slides, flashcards, assessment questions, certificate design, trademarks and logos are owned by or licensed to Learn Brands. You may use what you learn freely. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, adapt or create derivative works from the material itself, or run it as training inside another organisation without a group licence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Learn Brands is registered. Any dispute is resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts situated in the City and County of Denver, Colorado.
Accuracy
The courses teach the regulatory framework as it stands. Rules on hemp derived products move at both federal and state level, and the federal definition changes on December 11, 2026. We refresh the material. You remain responsible for the rules in your own market.
